BOTANICS

2003 - 2005

Hart’s early botanical work began as portraits of plants growing in his own garden. The series soon expanded to incorporate cut flora which Hart continued to photograph in natural surroundings using only natural light. BOTANICS was first exhibited at The Photographers’ Gallery Printroom (London) in 2005 and many of these images still feature on ILFORD photographic paper boxes internationally.
